Hi Zeberdee and welcome to the forum :D .

Sorry to hear that you're having problems locating some zebras, unfortunately they are becoming increasingly hard to find. Have a look through the sales and wants thread, there are a few going at the moment. You will however be looking at £100+ for a zebra.

Good luck and I hope you get your zebra(s).

Regards.

Good for you mate, that deal you got on those seven adults was an absolute steal. Some of these LFSs are getting desperate to get in on the action. A funny thing happened to my cousin a couple of weeks ago, he had a call from an LFS that had sold him some zebras previously. The chap wanted to buy them back for an extra £20 per fish. Obviously my cousin refused.

You gotta be kidding!! Then planning on selling them for an extra £200 I guess

I know I shouldn't judge when I don't know more about his motives, but it does sound like he wanted to do a bit of tricking there!

I wonder what his conversation was like with his staff after hang up the conversation with your brother. I'd have loved to be a fly on the wall at that moment.

I bet he wishes he hadn't sold now

I will not say who it was for obvious reasons but I was shocked myself. They really should know better considering that they are a reputable LFS who specialise in Discus. Luckily my cousin gave this guys offer about a split seconds thought before telling him to bog off.

No it wasn't, Wild Woods may be expensive but they have a professional approach. I really can't say, I don't want to drop anyone in it.
