If it's about fish in general, or it's a little bit random, then this is the place to post it.

yea i see them around alot too......I just picked up 5 for $19 at this LFS but they called them King tiger......but there werent even close to being a L66 King Tiger AKA Scribble Pleco.....or a L333.........so I think they are L236....they look like my others?? I will post pics soon in the picture gallery....

But I would have to agree with you, I have seen a few more and maybe people know that L236 are far more expensive than L66 and are selling their L66 as l236...so be careful..

I agree, there certainly seems to be a lot of L236 around at the moment. Most are not, some appear to closely resemble L66/L333. The better examples look like L287, still haven't come across any that look like the ones in either the Aqualog or Datz. Some pictures would be great pandadosmares. :P

Hi Pandadosmares,

It is indeed a beautiful fish, better looking than any L236 that I have seen in the UK.

Regards,
Des.

Hi Pandadosmares,

Great looking fish. :D As Des says better than the examples that can be found in the UK. How many more do you have coming?

They look more like L333 to me. Tails are not as deeply forked as L66 or L236 and the body shape is more squat, then of course there's the colouring......
