Not quite a holiday, it's work!

Well in as much as sitting on a sun lounger sipping a cold beer is work :lol:

Water has a specific saturation capacity for holding oxygen and it depends on temperature. The higher the temperature, the lower the saturation capacity. 100% saturation is near impossible, but somewhere between 80 to 95% is pretty good. Most river tanks with high surface agitation should be near 95% saturation because of optimal surface gas exchange. 7.5 mg/l of oxygen is actualy quite low but this is reflected in the high temperature of the tank.

Basically to put it even more simply, no matter how much aeration you provide, you can not dissolve any more oxygen into the water than what it will hold.
