L236 on Aquabid

my local pet shop is selling some plecos labled L236 and looked like the ones above. how much do they usually go for? is it the real thing?? they're about 3-4 inches and they do look like the fries above.

how big do they get?

Hey du ma whats the name of the lfs store...I live right by you... What does the LFS call them?? L-Number? How much are they going for there?

I'm with Rob on this one, It does sound too good to be true but LFSs have been known to get things wrong. Better get down there quick guys just in case it is the real deal. Post some pics and we could possibly help to ID them.

I know....$HIT.....he probably took all of them !!! :lol: I actually called them but they didn't understand me, I don't think they speak good english and they close at 4pm...So I will have to wait til tomorrows lunch to go and see..........But which L236 are the real ones??? Julies or The others?

im going to test it out on aquabid just to make sure its authentic before i buy any. if people bids high then i will just assume that they are L236 and pick up a few for myself.

that shop used to have tons of plecos. i know some one who bought zebras there 2 years ago for like 30 bucks only

Hey Duma, I would say that they are L333. Their tails should be more heavily forked and the predominat base colour should be white/off white.

They do kind of look like them.....but its white lines are fairly faint.....maybe there stressed???......Adam is that a L236 that you have??
