i don't think I've heard of more than 20 before :) You are sure there was only one female? If so then it probably is a new record :D

I know of a german breeder that raised 18 young ones out of one batch, don't exactly know how many eggs there were.

Hope you get your spawns under control now andrew  good luck with the next 1 :)
Greetings,
John

Hi. Sorry, but I don't know the answer to your question, my little guys aren't old enough to breed yet! But I'm VERY pleased to hear the good news about Nemo :cloud9: :D

But didn't you say in another thread that you've had your zebras in four-five years?

When the yolksack is consumed (should take around 10 days), just pay attention and you'll see.
No harm is done if you start feeding a day to early

Hi Kingfisher. Yes, I know that I've said that I've kept Zebs for 4-5 years  , but have only recently managed to find 2 males to go with my two girls. & that was only by chance! :D

You'll find some info on the development of fry here: http://www.zebrapleco.com/article2.php and here: http://www.zebrapleco.com/species.php look at picture 18, that's how they look like when there's no yolk left :)

about 10 days would be right like John said :)
