there's enough black and white plecos out there, why can't they decide that they should be neon green and irridescent blue and black or something, black and white is so 1998

seriously, you'd think that fish from the land of neon tetras and discus could learn to show off a little, i mean they live in the mud, they might as well look flashy even if they don't act it

That is indeed a very imprssive Loricariidae species. Lets hope it does not fall victim to the aquatic trade however much we want one. However I still would say it does not surpass the Zebra pleco, its not as startling. I would pay about £500 for a trio of those.

I agree, it looks like a baby Leporacanthicus, which grows to be a bit bigger than some people might find comfortable
