L66 not L46 but you guys know your stuff!

We all know how difficult it is to identify the sex of these fish, so please post a picture in here and we'll try to help you (or at least give an educated guess!).

I have the same problem trying to sex my L66
like everyone else i would say on appearance that
1 is male and
2 is female

However with mine the one that looks like a male (same as yours with more pointed head, narrow body, straighter pectorals etc) is well matured and has prominent odontal growth on both his pectorals and his caudal penduncle (near his tail). my problem is in agualog all L numbers for L66 it says "heavy odontal growth occurs on the one with the plumper belly, ie the female).

Does anyone know how to defo sex L66, i figure we both have a pair because of dramatic difference between the fish but it would be nice to know which is which.
Thanks
Andy

Thanks for the replies. I was sure picture 2 was of a female I just could not decide about number 1. When you compared it with the others in the tank it looked female but then put beside number 2 it looked male! Hopefully time will tell!
