Wanted! L46... Just the usual then?

Post by madmoroccan »

WANTED! "I am finally taking the bait!"

L46 HYP Zebra... I need an adult. I will pay between 60-100 pounds...

Depends on age condition... oh and gender... I am looking for just the one at the moment... but if the price is reasonble I may purchase a trio.

Please feel free to PM me if you can meet these demands. I am willing to collect so the ideal distance would be no more than 100 miles from Hertfordshire...

I may even consider joining your local breeding program/club if the prices of the fish are low enough.

Kind regards

Bader.

Nobody keen then? Ok... I am willing to travel far. LOL

I can't bear this... When I don't have the finances, there are tons for sale... Here, ebay, aquarist classified... ect...

Sods law!

Either that or you lot are holding out because I might just be serious about my threats to try my hardest to lower prices...

Sorry dude... I just don't have any for sale at the moment. :( Fry aren't ready to go yet, and I had no plans to sell the adults. Good luck in your quest!

Hi Madmorrocan

My apologies also Madmorrocan, Unfortunately I have a waiting list as long as my arm, and none ready for sale at the moment as I keep them until they are least 18 months old.

Thanks all... I am now looking for juviniles... I went to Wildwoods this morning and nearly bought the last two...

They are less than an inch and cost 150pounds each!
Thats when common sense took over and love got nudged to the side... My credit card is for emergencies only... NAUGHTY HAND!

But seeing that somebody here has been moaning about prices... AHEM! (me  ) I thought this would go against everything i believe in. I have seen lots sold in various places for reasonable prices since that post. Not saying that I caused this, but would like to have had the opportunity to buy them at a fair price.

What is a reasonable price? Dunno... but if I dont find some soon I will be buying a colony of L333 instead. There endeth the dream. SIGH! :(

@thebuddy

I am a fully grown adult. I can look after my own money... Piggy bank? care to borrow me one? :P

I am currently bidding on ebay for one 2 year old... nearly adult.

Nah - I've had a call from a guy with 5 he is thinking of selling... It's not definate yet - but If I were to buy them - I would probubly not keep 10 (due to tank room) I'd make 2 groups and sell one on...

But i'm not sure what sort of price he would want - they are not proven and unsexed - but are about 3 years old. The guy sounds like a real honest guy that has kept them for a number of years purely because he likes them :) And he would like someone else to get enjoyment out of them...
