We all know how difficult it is to identify the sex of these fish, so please post a picture in here and we'll try to help you (or at least give an educated guess!).
As Barbie said, it's very hard to tell from the picture. But judging from the pelvic fins and body shape combined I'd say a female. The head looks male though Can you post a sharp picture of the head so that we can see the odontodes?
