Neither of those supplements contains the proper bacteria. Use either Dr. Tim's One and Only of Tetra Safe Start. Dr. Tim also sells ammonium chloride for cycling. I use both of his cycling products.
Stability contains spores and the nitrifying bacteria do not form spores. Neither of them contain the proper nitrite oxidizers as they are controlled by Dr. Tim and Tetra.
Also, zebras are pretty forgiving of parameters but they do not do well with nitrate. This is especially true for fry. make sure there is 0 nitrite before you stock the tank.
You tank is a lot larger than you will need unless you have a few dozen zebras arriving. I breed zebras numbering 13 -18 fish in a 30 gal. breeder tank.(36x18x13 inches).
