UK advice

This is more related to plant tanks rather than zebra plecos, but someone in another forum wants to know where he can find Do it yourself planted tank fertilizers in the UK
I thought I would ask here since many members from the UK here.

For example
KNO3 - potassium nitrate
KCl - Potassium Chloride ( or K2SO4 potassium sulfate )
KH2PO4 - potassium phosphate
