Rob... I've got my suspicions... are you dissolving Viagra into your tanks? Maybe I need to serve up oysters and rhino horn to my lot. They are the most disinterested bunch of zebras that ever existed....

Dim the lights......put on alittle Barry White...... and let the party commence.

Stick with it Mindy, it took me 5 years to get them going. You'll walk in one day after being away, a male will be sitting there at the back of his cave, bobbing his head up and down cleaning a set of lovely little yellow eggs!!!!

<sigh> :? OK... if you say so...

I was wondering... there are three caves in there. Now that that big male (Dirty Hairy) is there, the other two are always vacant. Should I remove them? Would it make things worse if I changed the tank around?

Hi Mindy

I would suggest that you just leave it as it is. The zebras seem to be most prolific in an environment that isn't "messed about" too much. The exceees caves shouldn't cause a prolbme, when the time comes he will just pick the one that fits best.

have fun

I cant wait to just have a collection of 10 fry i have managed to breed!!!

I think i am doing well with the not messing around side of it! i just change the water once a week give a little clean and leave it, obvoiusly feed every night

But!!! hehe i do look over at the tank from a fair distance once i have fed about every 5 mins because they are all over the place swimming after one and other and munching pretty much in the open when lights are on, i think i am fairly lucky there. just thought i would share that with you :D

Hey Rob, does your significant other know how much money those little guys go for ? Cause you have quite the treasure there literally and figuratively speaking. I think mine would want me to sell some of them for her gain if I had that many. :D :D :D
