I'm surpised at the number of Endler keepers here! Have you all been to www.endlersrus.com? It's similiar to this board, dedicated to preservation of the species. Dr. John Endler himself has recently joined.

You guys have got a great collection of fish, I need to get more fish. I just don't seem to have enough varieties . Nice looking tanks and L144 babies Sharko.
This is pretty much what I have at present:
200+ cardinal tetras.
35 Rasboras Hengli.
16 C. Sterbai.
6 C.Albino.
4 Marbled Hatchets.
6 Scleromystax barbatus.
14 Red dwarf red fin plecs.(Parotocinclus maculicauda)
1 pair Gold Ancistrus(L144).
200+ Endlers(original wild variety)
12 Armano shrimp
10 Red snout shrimp.
2 clown loach.
2 Blue German Rams.
Oh yes a few of those B & W plecs that you don't see much of.
Zcat, I see that you have quite a few of the naturally occuring Endler variants. I've been after some Tuxedos, Snakeskins and Peacocks for quite a while now but I just can't find any in the UK. Are your fish from either Armando Pou or Adrian HD? They seem to have the best Endlers in the US.

Skye,
yes.. you read correctly, but I get fish in all the time, some are here for breeding, some for resale, and some are my fry tanks. Many of the tanks can be all but empty at times... the rest of the time it's a game of who can I squeeze in where!!
About 1/3 (?) of my tanks are normal tap water for the South American fishies, and the rest are hardened water tanks for my Africans. Actually at the moment, I don't have any L46 zebras, but lots of others including the L236's (yes, I'm still convinced that's what they are!) L173's, L345's and some awesome new plecos that came simply with the name Pleco Alenquer, an awfully nice tiger hypancistrus. More interesting ones coming in Sunday, and then I hope to have a picture taking frenzy!!
