This site is awesome! Thanks everyone! I would probably guess that they are in or at the end of the 2 weeks following loosing their yolk sack so maybe that's it. They are getting bigger so I would assume that is a good sign and now they do look like they are getting slightly broader. I got a glimpse at their underside last night and it looks okay but they are so tiny its hard to tell.
Im in California, USA. I went to look for the foods mentioned today at the fishstore but they didnt have any of them. I'm sure I can find them some how even if I have to order them online somewhere.
I went and bought one of those fry traps this past weekend but after looking at all your suggestions I'm going to leave the babies in the main tank for now. They look like they are doing good (because they are growing and move fast as lightning) so I'll save the trap for hopefully another batch.

Personally I would leave the fry with their parents. They have made it so far without any intervention so they should be ok. As has been suggested by the other members you should vary their diet as much as possible. If you are worried about them not getting enough to eat then put extra food down for them but remeber to remove any uneaten food the next morning so as not to pollute your tank.
Here's a selection of foods that I have my own zebra fry on, I'm not sure of the availability of them in the US. You may be able to order online, in addition to these I also feed JMC high protein feed, decapsulated brine shrimp eggs hikari first bites and frozen newly hatched brine shrimp.

Thanks for the links Adam. None of these look familiar so I don't know if the fish stores around here carry them. Maybe I'll just have to order them. The good news is that I got a good look at them last night and they do look like they are getting bigger and broader.

For the babies you can try feeding them frozen cyclop-eeze (as suggested by adam both adults and babies will eat them), Frozen baby brine shrimp, and some veggies ( I usually use frozen spinach from the supermarket). They usually start nibbling at the veggies after 2 to 3 days after absorbing their yolk sac. Also you want to try sinking pellets that will break down into small bits in water or crumbled flakes.
