We all know how difficult it is to identify the sex of these fish, so please post a picture in here and we'll try to help you (or at least give an educated guess!).

Sexing Of Young Zebra.

Post by Andrew C »

A couple of pictures of the young Zebra i got six weeks ago.
He is roughly 1.5 inches in size and was the last one in the shop.

Did not resize them !
If need be i'll get a better tub and some better pictures.
I think it is a male, with the bristles on it's front fins :?

The pink only shows up on the image, can't see any pink on him in the tank.
I did use Photoshop Elements to enhance things, maybe it happened when i enhanced the colours using Photoshop.

Thanks,
Andrew.

Thanks McEve
I do feed them homemade food with shrimp in it, your receipe, apart from Crab, way too dear !

I have seen the blue tinge on him in the tank, maybe needed the photo close up, to see the pink in him.
