Hello from Australia

Post by alvil »

Hi all
G'day from Oz
New to Zebs, got 10 juvies April 2017, they've grown to 8cm as of last May, in a 240 litre tank
They share the tank with lots of chameleon shrimp and 2 royal whiptails.
Planning to breed when they are old enough

Cheers

Welcome to the site and the wonderful world of zebras. i know what fish cost down under, you must have won the lottery.

In terms of other fish with the zebras, it is not uncommon when having to simulate a dry season that it ends with the water temps over 90F (32.22C). I doubt the shrimp or whiptails will handle that very well.
What makes the common person uncommon is common sense.

How much did you pay for the fish? I have heard that they are expensive over there.
