catching 1.34 inch babies

I have to catch some juveniles from a 70 gallon planted tank.It is very tricky as the plecos stick them selves to the glass and then to the net...and can die by misadventure.Who has a better method?. I know sometimes you can move a whole cave out with the fish in it.That works ..but what if you can't or they are all out of the caves
