29 Gallon for Zebra Plecos?

I am getting ready to get a group of 8-10 Zebra Plecos to raise up. They are currently about 1.5" long. I have a 29 gallon tank that is 30 1/2"L x 12 1/2W x 19 1/4"T. Would this make an ideal size aquarium to get me started? Any experienced advice would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Hi, this sounds more than big enough to me, with the tank being tall you may have a lot of free space, unless you can do some aquascaping of some kind to fill the tank?
