fry

Post by fantasticfins »

I've had three spawns since I listened to Barbie's advice and used r/o water to induce spawning. My first spawn was 1 fry, my second spawn was 13 fry (one died on me, but the other 12 are growing nicely), and I got 8 fry from my third spawn. My male is sitting on the fourth spawn right now and it looks like 7-10 eggs or so, but it's tough to see.

ROFL! I almost passed out laughing Dale! Warn a girl! I would have sworn I'd never see those words in print!

Congratulations anyway, hehe.

Hi fantasticfins

Congrats on the spawns 8)

I also use ro not to trigger the spawns but to help keep eggs in good condition I think it helps as got hard water in uk and I'm getting a better results.

Well done! Jerry :)
Caution is a most valuable asset in fish keeping, especially if you are the fish.
