I have 4 zebras, 2 juveniles too young to sex and 2 sub-adults previously sexed as male and another female. The sub-adult male seems to hang around one of the young juvenile's cave often. I have never seen either of them fighting for the same cave. They seem happy to share it. Would it be possible that they would eventually become a mated pair?
