just removed some eggs from my males cave. looks to be just over 20 eggs.
my females been working over time recently, iv got these eggs plus 35 fry from her in the last 2 spawns.
these are due to hatch at around 8pm tonight

Well done with the latest spawn. You must have quite a few youngsters on the go now.
Can't wait to get mine from you. Do you have any photo's of the youngsters as they are now?

Congrats on eggs, good pics never seen eggs just before they hatch as mine are left with dad.

Nice spawn. If that fm ever wants a vacation in the states, I would be happy to put her up for a while. Maybe she could teach mine how to make more eggs

Congrats on the plethora of spawns! Pretty amazing!
Do you happen to know your water paramaters? Like your pH, TDS, GH/KH, temp, no3/no4, etc? Would like to see what your sitting at if you don't mind.

as for tank conditions mentioned in the above post:
Temp 86
Ph 6.6
gh & kh i dont know but its very soft water
i had 22 egss and they all hatched, however 1 fry had a damaged spine and didnt seperate from its egg very well so im left with 21 healthy fry.
here some more pics... they are just 2 days old and already beginning to show their stripes!!!
