We all know how difficult it is to identify the sex of these fish, so please post a picture in here and we'll try to help you (or at least give an educated guess!).
hi and thanks for the rep;ys, the smaller one is darker than the bigger one and does hang out in and around caves, but it does go into diffrent ones never the same one,
i hardly see them both out at the same time so its hard to say if it dominates the other one, as they do hide quite alot,
Ok ????????? oh dear, what do you think they are then?
have they an L number?
i bought them as LO52 butterfly plecs,
any help guys would be REALLY greatfull now lol.
I just checked them out, yeah they could be, but what makes you think that they are not butterflies? its put me all in a spin now lol,
if its any use the bigger one is just over 3.5 inches
im not sure but should i open this under a diffrent topic?
i would tend to agree as the 2 dorsel views on the l199 are near exact like mine.
that is one hell of a GEORGEOUS plec you have there,
i will have to go and find out more about them now.
thanks everyone
xxxx
