ID needed please help.

Does any one know what species this is and possibly what it costs to get one in the U.S. ? I saw 5 at my LFS for $45.99. They didnt know what they were the came in instead of some other type of pleco.

How big are they? If they are over 8 inches that is a steal. My local store had one at 12 inches for $200.

they were about 3 inches
