growth rates/breeding

If i have a L46 that is 3-5cm long how long will it take to be fully grown and to start breeding? i was thinking around 2 years? but im not shure? and they are given good temp and everything else required.

3-5cm long is a baby/teenager (under/at one year). Start expecting things to happen when they reach 7-8 cm(2 - 3 years old, even though F1's seem to mature earlier than WC)
