How old to start breeding?

How old can a zebra start breeding? and how big are they?
I just got mine she's 6.6 cm is she ready yet?

normally need to be about 3 years old (i read that in a post and i would wait for an expert before moving on to the next thing)

Usually adult, which means, for a female, 8-9cm. This is for WC. There's some indications pointing to F1's being ready to spawn when they're smaller than this.
