Has anybody who has spawned L46's any idea of the male to female ratio of the offspring?
Failing this, the same information on any other species of Hypancistrus.

Since reading this post, I have researched this extensively. And I have only one conclusion...
God only knows!
Seriously though... I think there is a randomness about the ratio that can only be described as "luck".
Sincerely
Bader.
PS: would be interesting if this stat was added to the breeder's database.

in breeding ancistrus I've been having problems with a female heavy ratio (2F : 1M) the male hasnt managed to get the females to spawn at the same time and gives up on the 2nd spawn before the eggs hatch.
I'm a bit worried about the same happening with our L129s as they look like a 4F:1M ratio
