How about moving the admin section to the bottom. I don't quite understand why it is at the top as people access the site for zebra's not admin

The main reason for it being at the top of the page is to highlight any announcements and the site rules. If you have a look n these categories you will see that htere are very few views, whcih is a shame as it is a vital part of the site. I think if I moved to the bottom we would get even fewer views of these sections.
