Sorry to hear that. Can understand why you're gutted, but try not to beat yourself up about it- it isn't your fault.

It sounds like it was struggling anyway, I'm sure if you'd left it you would have just been beating yourself up about why you didn't try seperating it to target feed

As you say the difficult bit is keeping them on topic. It would mean finding the balance between just leaving them as normal posts (and therefore with the potential to get sidetracked, bogged down etc) and heavily modding them, which would be a demand on the mods.
