Hi guys Yes it was me who was selling the 11 zebs it was a very hard decision to make, and is a very reluctant sale but due to some financial difficulties i have no choice, they are going to a good home and the person i have sold them too has agreed that when i get back on my feet again (money wise)...

The problem i had was i was running an internet cleanup programme in the background, when i uninstalled it the problem was solved!!!!!! :wink:

Thankyou guys

All the fish seem to be fine at the moment and have all setteld down
McEve those snails didnt come from my zebra tank they were from my planted tank :D

the ph has stayed the same so all seems ok at the moment ill keep my eye on it all :wink:

I have just done a 25% water change do you think i should do some more? how can i keep an eye if there is any gases from the sand showing in the water would it show up as nitrites? nitrates?

So you dont recomend adding those snails then!!

Ive just taken out 90% off the sand, whilst doing this every now and again, i would get a little smell off rotten eggs, so i think the sand was letting off gases might have been why my nitrates kept creeping up all the time? I just hoped i didnt stress the fish out too much whilst removing the sand....
