Just an update... sadly it's probably just a practice run... they are now back to living individually...
I have since added some number of juvenile zebras to the tank... means no blood worms for a while too ( i believe blood worms will stimulate breeding)

I noticed that two of my zebras have started to share a cave... they are current 2.5 to 3inches unsexed....
I have reasons to believe that one of them is the dominant fish that is always in the cave (same cave) and hope for a pair... now how long to wait before I know if anything will happen?

General Care Questions - Growing out Zebras / Tankmates
I may be able to get a number of young zebras sized at about 1 inch.
As they are still fairly expensive, I would like to know if they are stable and easy to grow out from this size or if I should wait for larger ones to appear in the market?
And also what larger sizes should I be looking at ...
