Most of my experience comes from L 260 and i try not to move the fry to new tanks the 3 first months. I wouldent sell them at this age, but if i can move them between tanks, i could probarly sell them to people that lives close by.

I have 12 zebra plecos and many of them where aprox. 3,5 - 4 cm ...

I have both zebra and QA inn the same tank and it works fine, but i will seperate them when they are older.

I got my new cave weeks ago, and i heavent said anything.....
Thanks Zebrapleco ! And McEve It is now in a tank where i hold 7 grown L 260 and about 20 fry. I will take a picture one of these days.

I dont know if this is the same problem as we had inn Bergen, but after some problems due to heavy rainfall, many off us both waterfilters to have on our tap water. This removes much of the heavy metals,cloride..
Heres a picture and info, but its a Norwegian site... it only costed about 20 ...

Thank you folks. My zebs are from 10-18 months old. I got 11 and i hope to make 2 groups off them. They are all f1 from 4 different places. When they get older i will maby put them together with a P0 for the spawn. Time will show. For now i am just glad to have them.

Rising the temperature doesn't cure ich. It speeds its life cycle, so that the adults move quicker in the water to lay eggs and the eggs can be killed off quicker by the medication.Therefore it speeds up the amount needed for treatment :wink:

If the temperature is above 32 celsius it will kill ...

I am getting confused...cause the black stripes are darker on the fry from McEve then the others, but some time i still miks them. There are 11 off them inn the tank, and 6 off them have the fairly same sise. But as McEve notised one the picture above, the fry has a different stripe one the dorsol ...
