I use them in all my tanks they have natural anti bactirial benefits also used to help with spawning I even use them in all my delicate shrimp tanks as they help with the shedding process. I change them every 2 weeks and hold them in place with the veggie lettuce clips that sucker onto the side of ...

I bought an adult wild caught male to add to my existing adult male and younger ones

but when I received the new one my existing adult male is looking alot more like a female rather than a male

or is it only males?

My L270 have successfully bred in the tank I setup for my future zebs (I have posted a pic of he tank in the gallery)

Anyway a few details

1 male and 2 females
Eggs were spawned in one of the caves (far left)
14 fry which are now approx 1.5cm (maybe 3-4 weeks old)
Also moved the adults and ...
