Right now, I'm lucky in that I have quite a few wild (legally imported) zebras for sale. Just got them in, so I'll be conditioning them for a couple of weeks first, but then they'll be for sale.

email me for details.

looks kinda like the L244, which reminds me of the L235 I had... black ans white spotted pleco... sold in an instant when we brought it to an ACA convention. A fish that pictures never did it justice.. but we could have sold a dozen of them in person...

and yes.. a guy bought him

Hey Ken,

I hope to get in the tank (well it's a 125 so it IS possible, but I mean figuratively) and take some pics, sort out the latest batch. Then I'll sell them. I don't want anyone to buy these guys without seeing pics of them... if ya know what I mean!!

just for interest's sake.. the transshipper I got the L236's from also sent some (previous shipment) to someone in Germany. There they were quickly photographed, and labeled as L236a, L236b, L236c, and L236d.

Are we confused enough yet???

not my pics.. but here's a gander

This has turned into a very interesting thread.

Right now I don't have the problem with pricing zebra fry, I sold all my zebras when they came in... some I had for awhile, and they did breed, but I have none now.

I do have L236's, L173's and L345's that will be put to the test, but they are a ...

Skye,

yes.. you read correctly, but I get fish in all the time, some are here for breeding, some for resale, and some are my fry tanks. Many of the tanks can be all but empty at times... the rest of the time it's a game of who can I squeeze in where!!

About 1/3 (?) of my tanks are normal tap water ...

Who says I cope? ;)

at least not sanely!!

No central system, we have two distinct kinds of fish... SA and African, so the water requirements are different. Also, we were getting in too many fish that needed quarantine, so again, didn't want to go wtih a central system.

Most of the WC's are done ...

We're about an hour south of Allentown. We go up that way all the time in the summer, to go to Dorney Park, and to the drive-in movie theaters up that way.

Come visit!!

Hello from Pennsylvania!

Just thought I'd properly introduce myself, after having jumped on another thread the other day.

I'm Julie Christie, currently living in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA. We have an operation called FryBabies. We've got about 280 tanks setup, and our main interests are African cichlids from the lakes ...
