This guy actually has pics. I don't know if they're of the one up for auction or not.

Oh, and what's a "majestic king tiger"?

Congrats Jerms, that's a cracking fish :D .

I've not heard of L236 being called "Majestic King Tiger". I think King Tigers are normally L66, I guess the Majetic bit has been added for L236 as some of the variants are similar in appearance. As far as I knew the common name for L236 is Queen King Royal, I think I'll just stick to the L numbers :? .

Hey guys I bought him, shhh can't tell the old girlfriend...... But I haven't heard of a L236a fish??? The "a" kind of confused me but its a cool looking fish though so I thought what the hell??? I did a little overtime this past week..... :D One question should he go in a differnent tank than my all zebra tank? Or can I put them together??

I will take more pics of him once I get him home!!!

Hi,

The Majestic King tiger looks exactly like the fish McEve bought in Norway ,recently as L333. There appears to be both a yellow line and white line version on planet catfish.

Des.

Thanks Des. I was wondering if they might be L333, if they look anything like the picture in the auction they are some pretty nice fish.

just for interest's sake.. the transshipper I got the L236's from also sent some (previous shipment) to someone in Germany. There they were quickly photographed, and labeled as L236a, L236b, L236c, and L236d.

Are we confused enough yet???

not my pics.. but here's a gander

Hmmm... I don't know.... here's one of the fish I bought as L333 recently:

Image

This is black with white stripes, while the others shown might be more white with black stripes? hard to tell from the pictures... same eyecolor.

I thought at first they might just be a L66 variant, but isn't the eye colour supposed to be the main difference between L66 and L333?
