Over recent years the Zebra Pleco, L046, has become one of the internets most prolific fish. With the increasing industrial pressures placed upon its natural habitat, its future is anything but secure.

The purpose of this site is to provide information on the husbandry and breeding of this fish in captivity, and to make people aware of the environmental pressures placed upon it in the wild.
