community zebra

Ok i have not long ago fed the fish my zebra is in the community tank for now! and he didn't get a look in for food what should i do? as i have a fair ammount of fish in this tank will he ever get food or should i drop some more in later on in the evening? i know he is new to his surroundings and may not eat but this was my worry before i even brought him

Give the poor fella a chance, he will need time to settle in then he should start feeding. Best thing to do is to feed just before lights out that way he stands a chance of getting some food, try placing the food by his hideout. You could always try Des' great tip, place some food in a tray not far from his hideout. If you have gravel in the tank it will also stop uneaten food getting trapped in the substrate.
