If I travel to Germany, would there not be a problem with customs etc transposrting live animals, unsure about import / export rules and regulations in Europe of live goods.

Just a guess, but judging by the address location I would say it is probably Imer, and the price is way to high. That is basically £250 per fish, all of which will be about 18 months old. If you look hard anough you could pick up fully grown adults fro less than that.

Do a search on the site for "Imer and then "bluetriscal". Whilst we cannot influence and individual not to buy, or to buy, from a seller, we can point them in the direction of all the information. Some people have had positive experiences with Imer and others have had very negative experiences.
Personally I would wait and keep looking.

Contact DEFRA they will give you all the paperwork you will need to make the import legal

Taken from a link on the DEFRA website, point (5) states that no import restrictions apply.
So does that mean theres no quarantine times etc?
Has anyone here tansported or received fish from another country, if so surely its not as simple as payong your money and awaiting delivery, there must be some sort of checks etc for "rabbies" or other "dieases".

I think L046 or tropical fish they pose very little threat to our natural wildlife they just would not survive outside of the aquarium so maybe this is why there are little restrictions although I did think you needed a import licence think its £12 or £14 a year I maybe wrong as this did apply 5 years ago but maybe not now.
