fly to venezuala, take a 14hr boat trip, seine the river for 10 hrs a day for a week, and you might get one, then go back

That is one option but suffice to say hardly plausible. Is there any means of aquiring them as you would with another rare fish, or does anyone have more information about if they are going to become available.
