Saw a couple of nice items for sale on ebay (not zebs

) which are certainly new to me:

I know a few people have been mentioning the cold cathode tubes for blue moon lighting, here's another cheap alternative:

I have jewel tanks - rio 240, trigon 190 and a 70 litre - anybody have any ideas as to where you would place them on these tanks.
