have a read - its bit of an art - normally involving best guessing.

One of our 'males' has just layed eggs :)

i want to open a L46 tank
what do i need to care about?
what is the best condition for them?
what can i use for the bottom of the tank?

a slate bottom sand bottom glass bottom or gravel bottom are all good.

personally i like sand (although you need loads of snails to move the sand around) and gravel

other then that try using search its a very helpful feature and you can learn a lot more then if we just told you random things.
