It's hard to tell from that picture, but it looks male to me.

As Barbie said, it's very hard to tell from the picture. But judging from the pelvic fins and body shape combined I'd say a female. The head looks male though 
Can you post a sharp picture of the head so that we can see the odontodes?
It's a well fed fish wether it's a male or female though
