Lorna loved them even though they didnt turn out to be zebs...

We ended up buying 5 today,

I've just spent 30mins putting the pictures up...

They are about 1.5" so quite small but are they L236's?

Nice fish - what's the difference between those and L-199?

eye up... I've still not got a definite ID on these yet :)

the 199's have stripes though these are kind of patchy/squiggly :D

I'll try and get some more pictures over Xmas.

these 2 are more recent... well... August :D :D

Those little ones look an aweful lot like my L333 babies..... Some of mine have so much light, they look like a different kind of fish but I know what the parents looked like...... They grow incredibly fast also. I'll try to find some pics or take new ones (which I should do)...

Beautiful specimens :)

Do you have the locality information?

When i look at the photos, i feel that the black
and white contrast is not as sharp as the "L236"...
In addition, the patterns on the fish also look a bit different...
So, the specimens you have got could be the so-called
L287 (or now the more well-defined and trust-worthy species
L400)...
