strains of zebra

i know there are the l046, l098 and l173 strains of zebra but are there others? and what are there L no's?

The different numbers for zebras are technically not recognized as strains. Once H. zebra was classified and named, the different numbers were all attributed as the same fish. Basically people still use them to refer to the off patterning that initially got them separate numbers to start with is all. Those three numbers are the only ones technically "described" as H. zebra.

Hi Sparkee,

As Barbie says L98 and L173 are colour morphs/variants of the same species. If you have a copy of DATZ you will notice that L98 and L173 are classified as Colour morphs/variants of L46.

Wow when its talking about DATZ. Are there any DATZ in English?
How can i order if there are? Have DATZ a English website?
