One more to identify

We all know how difficult it is to identify the sex of these fish, so please post a picture in here and we'll try to help you (or at least give an educated guess!).

Already have 2 100% males, hope this one is a female. Sure looks like it to me, lets see what the experts say. :)

btw, I turned it around and tried to look for those u or v shapes. I really dont get them ;D But there were no black spots. :)
