green zebra???

green zebra???

the white stripes on the side of one of my zebras are going green. it seems to be the same on the fins as well. the other 5 arnt effected and the one that is apears to be healthy and active. should i worry? and does anyone know why and what to do about it?

I've never seen that, but we did have a conversation earlier on the forum about how food can give the white a tint - especially prawns - but I haven't heard of green :?

Can you post a picture of him?

cant get a clear pic. i have feed them lettice which they like but this is the only one going green.

I don't think the lettuce would be the cause of a green tinge.... Can you get the zebra in question out of the tank and get a clear picture of it in a temp container?

What are you feeding them apart from Lettuce.
They are not really vegetarians !!!!!! :(

blood worm. daphina, white and black mosquito larvae 6 out of 7 days. and the 7th day lettuce. they do seem to like it as you can see little teeth marks on it in the morning
