I make a beef heart shrimp mix for my discus anyone tried this with their Zebras?

On the dutch forum somebody had several deaths with swollen bellies after feeding a beefheart mix, so i would not recommend this.

just curious is this the only incident? Just wondering what it is that would cause it.
