new to zebra world

:D hi to everyone i am new owner of three zebra plec,s i am from northwest area never owned zebra,s b4 so any advise would be wecome thanks mike. :) [/b]

:? i have my zebra,s in 300 ltr tank at the min , while im am changing what will be zebra only tank , but there in big tank with two young royals aswell about the same size will my zebra,s b ok ? :oops:

Welcome Mike to ZP!
The tank size is not the problem it's the other fish in tank. Do you have any other fish then the two other plecos? If you do I would put food as close to were they hide and do it at night when you go to bed with all lights off! They have a better chance to find food without the competition of the other aggressive eaters. There are a few of us on this forum that raise and spawned our zebras in large tanks without problems.

:) thanks for making me feel weclome , yes there are about 12 other cichlids in there aswell 6 or so @4inch rest 2" labs and rusty,s,,,, have been droping hakari carnivore pellets in at nite with lights off waiting on new fluval 205 pump and background for aqua start 500 tank i want to put them in with cave,s and slate with bog wood sand substrate . got fluval internal 3 running in the tank now . will this tank be big enough for them :? ?
