Hi dk77
Nice setup looking good I'm a bare bottom man myself (tank that is).
but if you put in the extra effort to keep it clean it can work well and I'm sure you will as they are worth it .The zebs look in good health and happy which is the main thing.Only thing you could do is a few smaller places to hide in they probably need their own space to hide(made out of maybe slate ,stone or tube) they look a bit small for adult caves at the mo.
Best of luck with them Jerry
And welcome to the site

Thanks for the comments guys: I took out the CO2, is there a particular reason that zebra's should not have CO2 in their tank? and would it be O.K to use Seachem Excel in place of CO2?

Zebbies need O2 , CO2 is poison.
Plants and zebra's are not the best combination, as zebra's like the light dim and a high O2 level.
So hate to say it but i think your zebs are priority N01 here, and you got to forget about the plants, some anubias will do fine i also have a few in my zeb tank
