Feeding a Zebra with a snubnose

Post by Silvaquest »

Hi all,

I was wondering if I could get some advise or be put in the right direction of a topic that is already listed.

I have 2 zebras in my tank, 1 perfectly healthy, eating & growing very well. Unfortunalty the other zebra has a snubnose and doesn't seem to be growing at all. They were both bought at the same time, same shop and I think same batch of eggs. I've had them for about 6 months now and I think they must be coming up to 2 years.

I'm really worried about the zebra with the snubnose because I don't think he is eating much or any at all with the lack of growth.

So I was wondering if I could get tips on how to feed him or what to feed him on. They both get feed on frozen pellets & the occasional shrimp.

Advise/tips would be very much appreciated.....Thanks :)

Some snubnoses stay small, nothing really anything you can do.
Greetings,
John
