Tank Suggestions - Calling all Pros!

I currently have 9 Zebras (7 aduts and 2 juvies).
Currently I have 1 male and the 2 juvies seperated in a 20 gallon and have the other 6 in a 26 gallon long tank (36in x 10in).
I want to get these guys breeding since the last and only time I was able to get them to breed was about 3-4 years ago
What would you suggest for my set up? I have a 60 gallon, 40 gallon long, 26 gallon long and 20 gallon I can use. I was thinking about putting all the zebs in a 60 gallon to hopefully get some kind of action. OR I can seperate the group into smaller groups in the smaller tanks.
What set up do you think would get the best results and why?
